Feedback & Complaints Process

At Raceworld, we welcome feedback, suggestions, and complaints. If something has gone well, we would love to hear about it. If something has not met your expectations, please let us know so we can review the matter promptly, fairly, and courteously.

How the process works

We encourage guests to raise any concern as soon as possible during their visit so that our team has the best opportunity to resolve the matter straight away.

Speak to us during your visit

If you have a concern while you are at Raceworld, please speak to a member of staff or ask to speak to the Duty Manager. Wherever possible, we will aim to resolve the issue during your visit.

Guests can leave feedback, suggestions, or make a complaint using our online feedback form

Contact us directly if preferred

If you would rather contact us in writing, you can email the Guest Experience Team with full details so that we can investigate properly.

Please include the key details

Please include your name, contact details, date of visit, booking reference if applicable, and a clear description of your feedback, concern, or complaint.

Acknowledgement

We aim to acknowledge written feedback and complaints within 24 hours. Messages received over weekends or bank holidays may take slightly longer.

Investigation

We will review the matter carefully, speak to the relevant team members where appropriate, and consider any supporting information you provide.

Outcome

We aim to provide a full response within 3 working days. If the matter is more complex and requires longer, we will keep you informed of progress.
